— MILTON — Isabelle L. Davis, 100, formerly of Milton, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at RiverWoods, Lewisburg.
She was born Feb. 12, 1910, in Milton, a daughter of the late J. Clarence and Ida G. (Compton) Lindner. She was married to Preston B. Davis who preceded her in death on Nov. 13, 1990.
Isabelle was a graduate of Milton High School, Wyoming Seminary, and Radcliffe.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Milton, a past matron of the Eastern Star and past president of the Milton Junior Women’s Club.
Isabelle enjoyed playing Bridge and playing golf.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Preston L. and Margaret Davis, of Milton, and W. Laurence and Catherine Davis, of Center Valley; six grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 100 Mahoning St., Milton, with the Rev. Cheryl L. Berner officiating.
Burial will be in the Harmony Cemetery, Milton.
