Allen and Anna Yates Aughenbaugh were married Jan. 31, 1957, in Long Beach, Calif. Allen served in the Navy for four years, then taught school in Illinois. They moved to Aurora, Ill. in 1984 where he was Building Superintendent at Faith E. Free Church. Anna founded Mitie Mixes and Starlite Publications. They have three children, Larry and Mark of Denver, Kathy of Kentucky; fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. They attend Timberline Church in Fort Collins and enjoy attending Bible studies, hiking and exploring Colorado’s back roads. Still in love and best friends.
