A record for Louisa’s birth is found in the Dryland Reformed Church records in Hecktown, PA:

Her death certificate is confusing, though her cause of death is “senility” so this might have something to do with it. Her son, Harry Hardcastle, has signed it. She says her name is “Mary L. Hardcastle” but Census records with Harry on them have her listed as Louisa. She may have had a first or middle name of “Mary” since that was her sponsor’s name.
She lists her birthdate as 11/2/1822, which is different than the church records. She lists her father as William C. Hagenbaugh, which is not right (it was Christian and her brother was William). She lists her mother as Sarah Sigfried, when her mother was Elizabeth Siegfried.
