The only certain record of Isaac is on the 1850 census for Salem, Champaign County, Ohio. He is listed as living with his supposed younger brother Reuben. His age is 55, though this is likely wrong. The 1800 census shows his father Christian having a son 10-15. Christian is thought to have been born around 1773, so it seems possible that Isaac was the eldest and born to his first wife. Isaac has no known grave and does not appear on the 1860 census.
