Ivo HAGENBUSH Sr., 70, Argos, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at his residence following heart seizure.
Born Sept. 6, 1903, at Argos, he was the son of William and Leona BRYAN HAGENBUSH. His marriage was Jan. 20, 1923, at Plymouth to Mabel KINDIG, who survives.
He was a former employee of the Studebaker corporation at South Bend and a retired employee of the Indiana State Highway department. He attended the Argos Christian church. He was a member of the Walnut Township Conservation club.
Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Roy (Evelyn) TRACY, Argos; four sons, Robert [HAGENBUSH], South Bend; Ivo [HAGENBUSH], Jr., Tyner; Richard [HAGENBUSH], Argos; Donald [HAGENBUSH], R.R. 3, Peru; thirteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Mark (Leona) LANE, Plymouth; four sisters, Mrs. Lynn (Inez) LEIGHTY, Leesburg, Fla.; Mrs. Lott (Corene) GROSSMAN, Argos; Mrs. Mabel BEAM, Plymouth; Mrs. Mildred BENDER, Plymouth. One son and two brothers preceded in death.
Final rites wil be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Grossman funeral home in Argos. The Rev. Frank VALERIANO will officiate. Burial will be in the Argos Maple Grove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.
